Mark Stieber is the Executive Director of Main Line Deputy Dog. He earned an M.A. in Political Science and a B.S. in Business from Villanova University. Prior to founding Deputy Dog Mark was Vice President  of Marketing at QVC. He earned a certificate in Non-Profit Management  from La Salle University in 2010.  Mark lives in Wayne with his black Lab Brigus and Beagle Huck.

Mary Remer is a nationally renowned Certified Pet Dog Trainer, breeder, and a licensed American Kennel Club judge.  She has trained over 20,000 dogs in her 30 year career.  Her company, What A Good Dog, recently expanded, adding a state of the art training, boarding, grooming and rehabilitation center in Frazer, PA.  Among Mary’s many honors are training the first Bull Terrier certified for search and rescue missions, who helped workers in New York City immediately following 9/11.

Assistance Dogs International recognizes three kinds of assistance dogs: seeing eye, hearing and service.  Service dogs are then broken down into mobility dogs for physical challenges, mental health dogs, seizure alert dogs and dogs that help children with autism.  Therapy dogs visit patients in hospitals and nursing homes.

Main Line Deputy Dog is  501(c)(3) non-profit Pennsylvania corporation.
